LAX

Well, it;s back to Hawaii.

Sent a bunch of stuff I bought shopping back to St Peters. It was getting hard lugging it around and I wasn;t going to do it for another 3 weeks!

Stuck in Hawaii

Well, we are stuck in Hawaii for a day or two extra. We were suposed to leave this afternoon for LA, but the airplane is still in LA with a broken cargo door. So, here we sit at the beach waiting for an airplane to show. Probably won't happen until Monday, Sunday at the earliest, is my guess.

Oh well, I guess we will just have to stick it out.....

Not much for today....

Long nite last nite. HNL - LAX - HNL in about 16 hours.

Hot here today in Honolulu. First Officer wants me to go surfing with him this afternoon....

Still deciding, so If you don't here from me for a few days, then you know that I didn't survive... LOL.....

Vacation over....time to fly...

This is the palm tree that sways outside my hotel room here in Hawaii.

Leave this afternoon for LAX (Los Angles). Stay for about 4 hours and return to Honolulu.

Makes for a long day, but well worth it.

Waikki Beach

Went to the beach today. Just outside the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

Had a hard time reading my Harry Potter book. LOL....

Shopping

Went this morning to the International Market place. Bought some beach towels for the three youngest grandchildren.

Also, you can't swing a dead cat around here with out hitting a Starbucks! One on every corner! And always someone at the counter ordering.

Got to go back later this week to get Westley something. He already has a beach towel.

Got here at 5:00am local time this morning.
It is 9:30 am now. Took a short pick me up nap. Don't want to waste too much sun, sand, or fun sleeping.
